  • مقدار التيار: 10 A

For English-language schools: how does this tool help?

Use an explicitly described geometry for fields and forces, flux changes for induction, and specific photon/photoelectric models. Directions are not inferred from an unspecified drawing. Field around a long straight wire: Enter current magnitude and perpendicular distance from a long straight wire in air or vacuum; this finds field magnitude only. Magnetic-force magnitude on a wire: Enter field, current, length inside the field and angle between current direction and magnetic field. Induced emf from flux change: For a coil of fixed area, enter initial and final fields and angles. Angles are between the field and the coil normal. Find average emf over the interval. Photon energy and frequency from wavelength: Enter vacuum wavelength in nanometres to find frequency and energy in joules and electronvolts. Photoelectric effect and stopping potential: Enter vacuum wavelength and surface work function in eV; compare photon energy with the emission threshold. These educational calculators use explicitly bounded models. Each mode shows the rule, substitution, checks and limits. Atomic weights and physical constants are stated when used; chemical symbols and SI units are universal across study languages.

  • Choose Arabic or English study language.
  • Select a calculation goal and read the explanation beneath it.
  • Enter data in the displayed units; load the example to see the input format.
  • Calculate, then review the rule, substitution, checks and model conditions rather than copying the answer alone.

A worked example: Field around a long straight wire

Given values

  • Current magnitude: 10 A
  • Perpendicular distance from wire: 0.05 m
Magnetic flux density magnitude0.00004T
Magnitude in microtesla40µT

The rule

  • For a long straight wire: field = permeability × current / (2π × distance). Use the school approximation μ₀≈4π×10⁻⁷ H/m.\[B=\frac{\mu_0I}{2\pi r}\]

Worked solution

  1. Substitute distance in metres and current in amperes.\[\frac{4\pi\times10^{-7}\times10}{2\pi\times0.05}=0.00004\;\mathrm T\]

Check the result

  • Doubling distance halves the field at fixed current.

The wire is long compared with distance and the medium is air or vacuum. μ₀ is a school approximation, not an exact defined constant; field direction requires current direction and the right-hand rule.

The rule we use — English-language schools

For a long straight wire: field = permeability × current / (2π × distance). Use the school approximation μ₀≈4π×10⁻⁷ H/m.
